Amenities & Policies :: Lobby & Community Room

The Community Room is available to residents for a variety of functions, including birthday parties, card tournaments, special dinners, and simply gathering with a few friends for lunch. A modern kitchen is located in the room, as well as a large-screen television with DVD player and a growing selection of a variety of books in the Library. The Community Room is a top gathering place during the summer months with various events held by the Social Committee and Manager, such as weekly movie nights for adults and kids, Manager’s reception, and much more.

These two areas make a great first impression and we strive to maintain that by keeping them in excellent shape. While these rooms are for everyone to enjoy, we ask those with young children to monitor their children’s activity within these rooms and to not leave their children unattended.

The 9600 Lobby is a restful place to join with friends, enjoy the easy listening sounds of digital radio, or make use of our wireless internet access. Occasionally, you may find one of our residents using their talents on our oak Baby Grand piano.

Lobby bathrooms are for the use of residents, their guests and authorized visitors of 9600 and are accessed by key FOB.

Your eyes didn't have to be Irish to smile at "St. Patrick's Pond" at 9600! With shamrocks hanging overhead and peeking out from the garden, and even the frog wearing a St. Patty's Day hat, it was a happy sight that said, "Spring is coming!"
	Spring has finally sprung! March 20th is the first day of spring, but we're always a step ahead at 9600. Our pond has been transformed into a Spring oasis, complete with pansies, colorful daisies and butterflies "flying" above that say, SPRING IS HERE!
